Marie Chavarot is passionate about food and creativity, shooting, cooking, baking.
After many years in communication agencies around the world she is now a photographer with her diploma CAP in pâtisserie.
To share her passion she has created Butter in the Shutter for the kids to experience the fun and creativity of pâtisserie and photography.
Marie is convinced that what is delicious and beautiful should be made with respect for each season and each ingredient. All fruits and vegetables used in the ateliers are organically grown as well as eggs, dairy products and sugar cane; the flour comes from ancient wheat to ensure high quality of the gluten to be easy to digest. Some ateliers will use other flour types such as rice and buckwheat to explore gluten free recipes.
